Joel Gamble is a Baltimore City native and an active philanthropist with expertise in creating empowering, youth-centered programming. Joel is the Founder of The Joel Gamble Foundation, a nonprofit whose mission is to promote personal excellence and community commitment among inner-city youth through athletic, academic, and cultural programming. As of 2019, the Foundation has impacted the lives of more than 4500 youth in the Baltimore area.
For the past seven years, Joel has been a special education teacher in the Baltimore County School system. As the Behavior Interventionist at Berkshire Elementary School in Dundalk, he spearheaded a mentoring program to help youth build leadership skills.
He is a former NFL Player who played Tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns, and the Tennessee Titans. In addition to his extensive sports and physical training background, Joel runs many youth-centered strength and conditioning clinics and sports camps.
He is currently pursuing a 2nd Degree in Special Education.
